“Jess and Lee care so much about all the people that do Bootcamp, not like some gyms that just try to sell you the memberships! After the fitness test I was delighted to go in a group of fun girls with Alysha, our amazing trainer. Week after week I found myself getting stronger, and fitter. By the end of the course I’d lost 4 kilos, plus loads in centimeters, and after the final fitness test, I took 12.5 minutes off my original time. Bootcamp has totally changed my attitude to fitness and I feel great for having done it. “Signing up for Bootcamp was the single, most important step forward I took with my fitness training. It wasn’t so much the tough sessions but more the amazing trainers and fellow bootcampers that constantly motivated and inspired each other. We watched each other reach our own milestones and had a lot of fun in the process. We went to many different locations including parks, beaches, the foreshore, gardens and hills, so the training was really varied.
