Try this as an in between meal (ie mid morning or afternoon).
One scoop protein powder (low carb from GNC)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
Handful spinach
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 table spoon cocoa
splash of coconut milk.
Blend with 300 ml water
Makes about 750 ml.
